What about UCLA did you love the most?
I loved the feeling of being a part of the Bruin bubble and the atmosphere the coaches and players created.
What is your favorite travel ball memory?
Competing with the best with my best friends last summer and fall.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned from a coach?
The most important thing I learned from a coach is to stay in the moment and strive for one pitch at a time.
How did you get interested in softball?
My whole family is involved in sports. When I was younger I played a bunch of different sports and just absolutely fell in love with softball.
What are your strengths as a player? What are you trying to improve on the most?
My strengths are my competitive edge and my work ethic. I think I need to work on staying in the moment and not letting one mistake consume me. I’m a perfectionist and I am trying to get away from the idea that one mistake defines me.
What player(s) do you look up to the most?
I definitely look up to Skylar Wallace and Jordy Bahl just because of their approaches to the game and mentality to always win.
What are your favorite hobbies outside of softball?
I love the beach and hiking. I love experiencing the outdoors and finding activities to do with my family and friends.
What excites you the most about playing college softball?
I’m very excited about competing with the greatest and learning to grow in and outside of the game.
